First of all, congratulations to all Midwesterners who are reading this. You've been reelected to the Alþing! Who would have thought? After reviewing the Fourth Constitution again as listed in the wiki, I came to a realization that it might not be the same version the convention ratified a few months ago. If I am forgetting any posts, candidates, or issues up to vote then please let me know. Otherwise, it seems like we've got three things to vote on here.

The polls will be kept open for seven days.

Midwest Special Election and -Promotion Act

1. Executive officers of the Most Serene Republic of the Midwest become "inactive" if they make less than 5 posts over the course of 10 days anywhere on the Atlas Forum.

2. If an executive officer is declared "inactive", their powers shall be temporarily ceded to the Wisard Ekstraordinær.  If, in these circumstances, the Wisard Ekstraordinær position is itself vacant or inactive, powers shall be granted to the next Midwestern citizen who posts "" in the Althing thread.

3. If there is a regularly-scheduled election for the position declared to be inactive within the next fourteen days, the position will remain inactive until the start of said election, at which time the office will be declared vacant until the swearing-in of the new office holder.

4. If, however, there is no such election scheduled within the next fourteen calendar days, the Wisard Ekstraordinær (or whichever officeholder or other citizen has the power to administrate regional elections) will be empowered to create an election booth for the office in question.  The office will be declared vacant until the swearing-in of the new officeholder.

5. Any voting booths created under the provisions of Article 4 of this act shall only be used to vote on special elections, not initiatives, legislative acts, or other business matters.  They shall be of a form and duration in line with regularly scheduled elections.

6. The following acts of the Alþing are hereby repealed:

a. The Don't Do It Again Vepres Act
c. The Succession Emergency Act
