Jill Stein received 670 votes 5.53%.  Is this a mistake?

I think I might have found where the problem is.  It appears in Easton Ward 1 Obama had 15 votes, Romney 487, Johnson 4, Stein 633.  It looks like the numbers were mixed up between the candidates.
