Democrats don't have litmus tests.

I mean, I suppose having a "D" next to your name is preferred by the party regulars...

^This.

The abortion question is hilarious.  I'm a Democrat and I find the idea of a third trimester abortion barbaric in any case that doesn't involve saving the life of the mother or some really unfortunate congenital defect.

We need to educate women and make abortion services widely available.  But people really need to get their act together and take personal responsibility.  Even under our less than ideal system for providing abortions 98+% of women have abortions before the third trimester.

Another litmus test I'd have: You can't run if you support the outright repeal of any of the amendments in the Bill of Rights.

And before anyone asks, THAT INCLUDES THE SECOND AND THE TENTH!

I liked you better when you used the normative spelling and pronunciation of 'bro', bro.

QFT. And that's not good.

Politico has some report about who will win the 2014 Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate in Kentucky. It's a fine example of the real function of the party.

You've posted this three times, now.  Go away.

Also, learn how to spell the word "gay."

Are there any prominent Democrats that support that?

I don't know, but we need to stop the problem before it starts.
