...and that damned state monopoly of liquor sales.  WTF?  We'd never stand for it down here.  Wink

(okay, okay, to be fair the PLCB at least offers a decent selection of California and France wines.  It's not like they're making you buy Ontario wines.  ugh.  Yes, yes, before you Alberta people try to educate me I know that it's province-dependent, just like in the USA.  Ontario is like the Pennsylvania of Canada.  Well, actually Quebec is the Pennsylvania of Canada, but at least the Quebecois know good liquor.  In Ontario the Deciders don't seem to know good booze from bad.)

Oh, and they also know how to spell mistake and they're so goddamned smug about it.

1) Racist.. (well, something like that)
2) Not a valid reason to dislike a country
3) Again, racist.
4) Not much worse than the US
5) So, two wrongs make a right?
6) What's wrong with the other Canadians?

Yeah, you're not to be taken seriously.. thanks for letting me know to totally ignore your opinions from now on...

Well, it's not our fault for knowing good liquor, it's probably our French roots (and Québec being more European than North American on certain subjects).

Fine reasons.  I myself do like the country in theory - obviously it would be far better to be Canadian than American.  However, I rarely like them when I meet them over here.

Wow, Lewis, you were born during the ill-fated chairmanship of Hua Guofeng in China.  The world might have looked quite different today if that guy had been able to maintain his hold on power.

Don't blame me - I was a few days old when he fell (according to the, apparently somewhat arbitrary, date traditionally put on Deng's eclipse of Hua.) Indeed that list as a whole dates my birth to within ~45 days.

Well, far from blame, if your birth in any way assisted in his downfall, I think you deserve an award.  Anyway, that is a very exact date window, isn't it?
