Cuomo job approval:
approve: 55% (down from 74% in December)
disapprove: 27%

Christie has net positive favorability among every demographic group, even blacks.

Considering the above numbers, NY would probably be tied with Biden (against Christie).

Or Biden could even trail Christie at this point ...

I think a lot of the numbers behind Christie right now are Democrats who are pleased with his centrist/hardball rhetoric but wouldn't actually vote for him if he's up against a generic D.

But if he's able to keep up the persona by emerging from the primaries as the only moderate among a cannibalistic field of conservatives... watch out. He's gonna KILL it with indies against anybody not named Hillary.
