I'll guess that it takes a full seven days this time. He seems pretty upset.

Less.  Bushie is like the five year old who "runs away from home" and goes into his treehouse (except that Bushie is much too lazy to go outside).  He'll be back in a matter of days.

Nah, we just had an old fashioned shoot out.  It was quite fun, really!  I thought I was not only watching Wyatt Earp, but one of the characters!  I may reopen it down the road when my "wounds" heal..  Ben is right, there are some things I am just addicted to.  Everybody has them!  I am going to try to start weaning myself off the Update threads and talk more politics.  This is a political forum after all, isn't it?

No. No one cares about the silly elections this year. I sure as hell don't. They don't effect me. I care about the Update thread. I care about giving advice that I know will be ignored and trying my best to help out Bushie, knowing that he will continue to do the opposite. That's why I come to this forum. I really don't care about arguing politics at this moment - get back to me in 2015.

I speak for the majority of the forum when I say that the Update thread would be much better for everyone if it weren't for Inks's self-righteous sanctimony. We understand that he feels that his life is much better than Bushie's; he doesn't need to constantly assert it.

i agree with that.

but inks had a good point tonight.  bushie is unemployed and obese, yet he pays a woman to mow his lawn for him?

it looks like another weekend of eating and television marathons for bushie.

Actually very little television this weekend.  Two birthday parties (my pastor's and my own, so a lot of eating), and two church services.

What do you do at birthday parties that doesn't involve getting hammered on liquor?

as a recovering alcoholic...i can answer this...

bushie thinks of food the way i used to think of liquor.  it is his drug of choice, and it is killing him.

For my Pastor's party, We'll probably have a cook out (i.e. burgers and dogs), and since it will be at a park, we might play some horseshoes or something like that.  I'll be trying to run around with the kids while talking with the birthday boy.  Nothing too fancy, but still fun.

For mine, we'll just have grilled hamburgers and maybe grilled corn if Mom can find any tomorrow night with cake and ice cream.

My pastor may open a couple little things to open, and I may have a couple myself.

Next Sunday, May 5, my Pastor and his wife are throwing me a party for my birthday after the morning service.

The end of the last thread was hilarious. I was literally laughing out loud. The Bushie explosion.

...and it will probably be tomorrow. This guy can't help it. It's pathetic.

That's not at all why I say what I say in the thread.  Now what I find funny is the judgmental tone coming from the kid who wastes his time hacking into accounts onto Internet forums...yes, that's the guy who's in the position to be judging other people. Roll Eyes

I don't recall Inks talking much about his own life at all.

Perhaps I missed a segment. I tend to skip the slow pages.

It was kind of like a long, drawn out fireworks display with a few neat bursts during the show, but then a barrage of loud, colorful displays at the finale.

This is actually a great comparison.
