Different states, different reasons. Maginnis suggests base juice in NOLA was the reason for Landrieu's.

Guns would be used to nationalize the race rather than an issue in itself for LA, methinks. Pryor's got much bigger problems than guns- and BTW, he voted for AWB in '04.
