pretty much every deep south Dem party is in shambles. AL, GA, MS, TN, FL and every northeast GOP party. VT, MA, CT, RI, DE, MD, NY.
Also the NV repubs are notoriously bad (infighting galore) as well as the CA repubs.
As for well run parties, probably the NC,VA, OR, MT, VT, WV Dems. and GOP in the deep south states and parts of the midwest such as KS and WY.
And the New Jersey Dems are really bad because that criminal Corzine stuck his monied fangs into that party and destroyed it.. leaving New Jerseyians with little choice but Chris Christie.
