Perhaps we should just stop all men from coming over until we can absorb them or put them all in prison or whatever. I don't see any women blowing themselves up Tongue

Freedom of Religion only applies to what denomination of Christianity you are, according to Fox News.

Fox News' solution to everything involves anti-Muslim bigotry.

Are there any legislation/court cases about discrimination in immigration?

Politics has more to do with it than religion.  Apolitical Muslims don't commit acts of terror to send a message to Western governments, just as apolitical Christians are not the ones spending their free time scouring Drudge and calling their Congressman for not being god-fearing enough while the soup kitchen struggles for volunteers and donations.

Hold on, are you defending this by saying it's been done before. Korematsu v. US can DIAF, both that and this are unconstitutional as hell.

No, I was drawing a parallel between Fox's stance and a historical episode which is now widely perceived as an absolute disgrace in order to emphasize how disgusting said stance is.

This is a special case, though, and history will understand.
