I see he's taking another perfectly good thread (the SC-01 thread) and doing his best to ruin it.

He's our absolute worst poster, IMO.

Krazen at least knows some useful stuff.

Sort of like Politico or Winfield, but without the charm.  Heck, krazen has more charm.

His sometimes good points get lost in all the sharp elbows flying around. It is tough to get past his stylistic barriers. He would probably be a really mean drunk.

Apparently Bob is a 58 year-old guy looking for casual sex.

'Maybe if he was getting some action, he'd hate the world less.

I was thinking about posting this for the longest time.

Now, which of these do you think is his current girlfriend?

His username is bigskybob, he's from Montana, he seems pretty bitter, what other proof do you need?

His username is bigskybob, he's from Montana,

I agree that this identification seems at least as likely as not, but I'm willing to bet there are at least a few people in Montana who go by 'Big Sky Bob' in some venue or another. It doesn't require much thought to come up with that nickname. There are probably at least a few 'Bay State Bobs' in my own state.

What pisses me off the most about him is that he has to have the damn last word in on everything and he acts like his opinions are facts. I don't really like debating, as ya'll know, but if I call him out on something, it just never ends.

I wonder if it ever occurred to him that of he was nice, he may have more success conveying his opinions.

Well if you saw someone on a MLP or Dudefest forum and their username was BRTD and they were from Minnesota, what would you immediately assume?

My recollection is that someone ran this to ground, and concluded it's a different guy. That is the extent of my recollection.

How would one "run this to the ground"?

Fwiw, that profile also says he spends a good deal of time on the internet.

As I said dear, I don't recall (but it seemed creditable at the time). You do know that memory is the second thing to go, unless you pump yourself up with testosterone and so forth. Yes, I knew you did!  Smiley

The only thing I remember about him is his weird fit throwing against MaxQue for his use of the phrase "anglo radio station" during the Quebec provincial election as apparently damning proof of vicious anti-English racism or something. HP.

Oh, that's why I don't like him. I couldn't remember why (except him being overall quite aggresive and annoying).

And "anglo radio station" was polite. That station is quite known for it's race-baiting and claiming anglophones are oppressed by the "French fascists" or whatever, if I remember well.

Still, better than "The Suburban" newspaper.

Anglophones are being oppressed in Quebec, as is everyone who is not a Francophone.  It's just that Anglos aren't used to being among the oppressed in North America.

Nonsense. They aren't oppressed, they are just not the majority. Their main problem isn't government, but their rather negative demography. They don't do many kids and a lot of them is going in the other provinces, while the number of Anglophones moving into Quebec is quite low and many of them decide to move in French areas and to mix with the French population instead.

Even in Montreal, the coomunity is split and a significant part of Anglophones marry with a French person, having bilingual kids, which aren't considered Anglophones, but bilingual Francophones.
