Nonsense.  Food stamps are not a 'set amount' in the sense that if you take yours someone else will miss out. 

If everyone who was eligible for food stamps actually took theirs, states would definitely have to revamp their budgets.

Be honest (and keep in mind that a few days ago, you were claiming that you didn't have a problem with compulsive lying).  Are you telling the 100% truth right now (and that means no dishonest omissions)?  If not, then that's a pretty sad problem, because you'd then be lying about lying, which would really say something about the condition you're really in.

So... if you're lying, just admit it now, because that story really doesn't fit with your usual habits.

No, the story is 100% accurate.  Yes, I did have a headache, but I still was able to talk to them.  The chat only took 15 minutes.  I didn't mention it on here at the time, because I wanted to let it soak in for a few days first.  I was about to post it this evening, until you asked about it.

In that case, your parents are either really careless about their money or really naive about you.  If I found out I let my kids have money because they "needed" it, and then they blew it on whatever useless stuff, they'd be paying me back instantly and never getting money again.

They just have a different approach to this type of thing.

A different approach to being defrauded by their son multiple times?  Yes, clearly they have a different, atypical approach to dealing with you and your issues.  I'm guessing that their "different approach" is part of the reason that your problems have progressed to be as severe as they are.

I'm not really sure how you can defend them (other from a selfish viewpoint), because you have not learned any lesson here, so what's to stop you from going back to porn on their dime in another 2 months?

Ahh yes... the focus is once again on you.  The better thing would be to stop focusing on what would be "very good" for you and pay attention to how your actions affect other people.  You may have moved on to a new topic, but you haven't changed any of your base habits, and those are what are the major problems.  Sure, you may not be defrauding your parents for porn anymore, but it's only a matter of time before you defraud them for some other purpose.  It's a pattern we've seen before.
