I don't count but probably 2000-3000. I snack more than I should, but I try to eat fairly reasonable things. Biggest vice is cereal. Such a satisfying snack! I'm also fairly active. Could stand to lose 20 lbs or so, but nobody's perfect.

I have no idea. I never count calories.  I just watch what I eat.

I don't know anything about Thai restaurants but American restaurant meals are loaded with calories. Everybody loves to hate fast food, but McDonald's has nothing on full service restaurants for calories. It's pretty easy to get a full day's worth of calories (and a few days' sodium) from one meal at a sit down place.

I've never counted, but I would guess around 1500-2000. Higher when I drink!

Yeah, Actually I used to eat a lot more, but I've lost over 20 lbs. since the end of winter by counting calories a lot more, probably due to my tender age. Tongue

Yea, if I was eating now every thing I ate at 16 I'd be 300 lbs.

No clue. A ton when I drink but very few otherwise. I normally have like 1 big meal a day and smaller meals the rest of the time. I rarely eat sweets or carbs.

3300+ without fail, usually a boring assortment of chicken, ground beef, vegetables, whole milk and pasta or rice.

When I was focusing on losing weight around 1800-2100. This combined with hours of cardio daily and weights helped me drop 150 lbs. Past few months I have had success with eating substantially more (probably 2500-3000), much less cardio, more weights and have had cut body fat % and gained muscle mass. Past week I have been trying to scale back on calories again but lifting real heavy gets you very hungry.

At first I thought you were Bushie and i was like "Jeff.. watching piles of food enter your mouth isn't the same thing as 'watching what you eat'".
But then it was Scott.
