Given Angus recent comments in the Pope Francis thread.

people don't necessarily have anything against all Nazis.  There was a very famous member of the NSDAP named Oskar Schindler that has a tree planted in his name on the Avenue of the Righteous in Jerusalem.  Pretty impressive for someone who was a Nazi, a philanderer, and an exploiter of child labor.

Nothing is as interesting as a Nazi pope.  Well, except maybe a Jewish pope.  I don't really see that happening, though.

I never referenced Nazism in a careless way. I made a thread about which pseudo-science was more harmful - as in actually harming society the most, that's not trivializing the horrors of the holocaust but a factual evaluation of the impact of holocaust denial as a phenomenon, which is marginal compared to climate change denial.

I am not an "alarmist". Its just a matter of having a rational take on the challenges ahead of us and what options we have.
That the peak of global population and the full effect of climate change collide is not a made up disaster scenario, but an unfortunate fact that pose an enormous challenge which calls for creative and unconventional solutions.
