Hopefully the heads of some reactionaries will explode.

How does that encourage opponents to come to your side or encourage reconciliation between the two sides?

If you want to engage in intellectual discourse, then I'm all up for it. Foolish attack comments that don't provide any rational substance to the debate only highlight the issues that you have, not I.

The reactionaries have zero interest in 'reconciliation' of any kind. So, I don't see why we should go out of our way to cater to a small crowd of bigots and neo-fascists, especially when the law is passed and that nobody can change that. Who gives a flying fack if a few bigots and neo-fascists dislike it? I certainly have zero interest in 'encouraging' them to come to my side, because I would rather not have bigots and neo-fascists on my side.

You certainly seem open to persuasion on the matter...

Now that it has become the law in France, I have no issues with same sex couples getting married there.
