I can't see any reason for it to be illegal, no. The human body is nothing to be ashamed of displaying, and prudery doesn't serve any real purpose as far as I can tell. Public sex, however, is an interesting debate.

This basically - on a principal level. But given US attitudes to nudity it would probably remain too controversial for the foreseeable future.
Generally people would need to develop quite different attitudes to the human body for public nudity to become acceptable and the current trend is going away from a natural de-sexualized view of nudity so that doesn't seem likely.

Probably not.  I support free speech, but public nudity would seem lewd by its very nature.

In designated areas, yes. And women should be allowed to go topless anywhere men are allowed to go topless.

I believe that some states have this policy as law. In general I see no reason for a national law on this. State laws can handle the circumstances as needed.

Option 2, but there seems to be no good reason not to defer to the states on this one.
100% agreed. I see no reason why South Beach in Miami should not remain a topless beach, but the idea that nudity would be allowed on the beach here in Boynton is disgusting.

My rule is as long as it doesn't harm somebody else, it should be allowed.  This is a tough one.

While it may make people uncomfortable, it's not really causing harm so I don't believe that people should be arrested or anything for being naked in public.  I doubt that many people would do it even if it was allowed because of the prevailing view that says that public nudity is inappropriate.

If a town passed an ordinance which banned public nudity, I would be okay with letting them do that, and if a town passed an ordinance saying it was okay, I'd be fine with that too.

This doesn't seem to be a national issue or even a state issue but a very good local one.

only for non-obese women between the ages of 18-40.

The sad thing is that I think you are serious.

Yes, I think it would be covered under free speech.

Haha, of course it shouldn't! I don't want to see someones 'wing wang' while having my latte! Also, I know this is awfully clichéd, but think of the children!

Don't choke on your latte when I tell you this, but most children was pushed out through the vagina of a screaming naked lady while she was also pooping. Children don't die from seeing naked people.

(Not that I think public nudity should be legal.)

We should have all the social freedoms we want as long as we're not interfering with the social freedoms of others. Public nudity would interfere with those having to witness such acts.

Only in designated areas (and no, I don't consider topless women to be in that category unless we apply the same standards to topless men).  And if we are going to allow violence on television, we should be equally as comfortable with (uncensored) nudity.

Public nudity should not be illegal.  God is not against public nudity. He made the nude form. Satan says, exposed, as the man made pants drop.  Muslims and people who pervert scripture are against the form God made.  Defiled religions and Islam wants the nude form to be illegal. People who are against the sight of the nude form are against themselves not even knowing it. Google people need to be told this. They need to stop oppressing people. People on Google are against themselves. We live in a nude universe. Life would not exist without genitalia existing in many forms that we see every day. Our genitalia is just a different form than what is seen.
