According to you, who wins? Who will be the running mates for both candidates

What if it's Biden/Warren vs Paul/Cruz? Or Biden/Gillibrand vs Paul/Daniels?

Biden? Isn't he going to be 74 years old in 2016? He should not be running.

If he does, the biggest factor for him is whether or not Obama left with favorable ratings. If Obama left with strong approval ratings, Biden has a shot. If Obama left with dismal approval ratings, he's done. It's that simple.

Right now, Biden would defeat Paul, I'd say. But things can change.

I thought current polls had Paul beating Biden. It's rare for a well-known Dem to be down this early. Is it not?

Quinnipiac showed Paul beating Biden by 4, Bush beating Biden by 6, and Clinton beating both by 8.

Rand Paul is not going to be elected President.

I think Biden is seen as a walking punch-line at the moment.  But, if the country was faced with the prospect of a Paul administration, people would fall in line.

It's a cliche but this match-up could swing wildly either way.

Biden is potentially gaffe-prone, but he could also come across as a presidential elder statesman.

Rand Paul might excite young voters, or come across as a far-right lunatic.

Biden has a lot of options for Veep. My guess is that he wouldn't want another white guy, but that still leaves him with solid options, including San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro, California Congressman Xavier Becerra (Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus), future Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx, future New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, North Dakota Senator Heidi Heitkamp, New Hampshire Governor Maggie Hassen, New York Senator Kirsten Gilibrand, Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, and one or two others.

I don't know what Rand Paul would do. It depends on whether he wants to mollify worried establishment Republicans, signify a break with the party, or promote someone he can get along with for eight years.

Paul. I mean, Biden would probably be able to catch up, but I think Paul could win against Biden. Unlike other republicans, who seem resistant to anything new, Paul seems to be TRYING. Failing a lot of times (like that black university that he went to, YIKES), but I think voters may reward his efforts.
