From May 30 - June 4, Quinnipiac University surveyed 1,032 registered voters with a margin of error of +/- 3.1 percentage points. Live interviewers call land lines and cell phones. The survey includes 460 Democrats with a margin of error of +/- 4.6 percentage points.

I don't think its the worst result in the world when Rand trails a well known Joe Biden by only 4 when more than a third of the electorate doesn't even know who Rand Paul is.
