I vote HP.  He took a tough stance against reformist protests in 1999, (as in death-penalty tough) and anyone who is part of the establishment in Iran is automatically an HP for me.  It doesn't matter if they've converted to "reformism."  Khatami, Rafsanjani, Mousavi, Karroubi, and all of that crowd are despicable human beings.  And Rouhani wasn't even in the "reformist" camp until recently.................

That said, he's less of an HP than those whom he defeated.  Still an impostor, though.
