Actually I am pretty sure that the Region still exists, it is just that the Gov't has been dissolved. I don't think they have the ability to just dissolve the region according to Article IV.

Yes, that seems pretty obvious. Article IV, Section 2, Clause 1 reads as follows:

Section 2: Regional Boundaries

1. The existing Regions of Atlasia are adopted unaltered by this Constitution.

If you want to get rid of the Pacific you need to amend the federal constitution.

Pacificers did not vote for the abolishment of the constitution. They voted for the Fourth Pacific Constitution, that is what they made their voice heard on. That is blantantly unconstitutional and undemocratic.

The Fourth Constitution gave legislators the power to pass amendments with a three-fifths majority. If they didn't want that perhaps they should have read what they were voting on first.
