Did we seriously let Oldies be Bush? Didn't we learn from him as McCain in the 2008 game?

Do we really need an announcement speech from him? I mean, he is a "victorious" President, it's not like he would refuse a second term.

Incumbent presidents running for a second term normally make announcement speeches, however, or at the very least a statement of their intention to do so.

I have a question, what will happen with the debates? I was looking forward to the one Brown proposed, but apparently there was one scheduled for October, right?

Candidates are free to propose their own debates, but some will be scheduled, as was the one from October.

But wouldn't his entrance effectively end the primaries. He's the last VP Candidate. It's more competitive without the big guns of Cuomo, Kennedy, and Bentsen.
