Contraceptive use is ok.

Limit abortions to first 12 weeks, incest, rape, damaged fetuses, and hazards to the mother's life.

Parental notification and consent before abortions for minors in the above cases.
No.

24 hour waiting period for abortions.
No.

Mandatory paternal test for pregnant minors to verify income and consent.

Strongly support stem cell research.

How often do these 'complications related to having an abortion' happen in this fantastical world of yours, bb? I'd wager they would happen far less often in a world where abortion is legal and easily accessible.
