This polls says two things. First is that Jindal is so liked in Louisiana that the voters don't want to see him in any other position other than their governor. Second is that Hillary Clinton matches up pretty well against Republicans without ads tying her to Obama.
The first part makes no sense because:
1) His approval rating is terrible; and
2) His final term ends in 2015, so Presidential aspirations have no affect on how long he'll be Governor

Polls aren't always right. They could still want him to serve. He would win his home state.

Their are multiple pollsters showing Jindal in poor shape here.
