Okay so when you are in the reply box, looking at a quote it will look like text

So let's take this quote:

The one who is guaranteed to start week one barring an injury.

Looking at it right now it says quote author=me and link and topic and such

Highlight where it starts at [quote...] and ends at [/quote]

Right click
Copy
Paste
