Require schools to test students each year. Standardized tests? One is fine, but we take about 3 or 4 a year.
Allow schools to display God Bless America. Sure.
Under God in Pledge of Allegiance. By choice.
Allow for voluntary school prayer, but not teacher led. In a special, designated area.
Make standards clear to the entire nation. Should vary by either district or county.

Lower student to teacher ratio by building more charter schools. A noble idea if only it weren't far-fetched.
Allow parents to choose any school in their county with vouchers even private schools. No.
More funding for Black and Hispanic scholarships and grants. Yes, but don't give anyone special privilege based on race.
Keep schools repaired and renovated. Is there any answer other than yes?
Keep decisions in the hands of parents and teachers and not bureaucrats. Absolutely.
Parents and teachers know how their kids are doing better than politicians in Washington D.C. Of course.
Use tax money for entrepreneurial private schools. No.
Allow for school vouchers in Washington D.C. No.
Encourage local governments to fund after school programs along with federal and state. Yes.
Intelligent design belongs in religion class, not science. Indeed.
Provide school breakfasts for low income students. Provide breakfast for anyone who wants it.
