Require schools to test students each year.
Depends on the subject; math, sure. English, probably not.

Allow schools to display God Bless America.
Sure

Under God in Pledge of Allegiance.
Don't approve of the Pledge of Allegiance

Allow for voluntary school prayer, but not teacher led.
Sure

Make standards clear to the entire nation.
Sure

Teachers must be recertified every four years.
Don't care

Lower student to teacher ratio by building more charter schools.
Hell yes, awesome idea

Allow parents to choose any school in their county with vouchers even private schools.
Centrepiece of my education views. State run schools run perilously close to being state run propaganda

More funding for Black and Hispanic scholarships and grants.
Just say no to racial qualifications

Keep schools repaired and renovated.
Sure

Keep decisions in the hands of parents and teachers and not bureaucrats.
Absolutely, the parent's role should be almost untouchable

Parents and teachers know how their kids are doing better than politicians in Washington D.C.
I agree, but how is this a policy plank?

Use tax money for entrepreneurial private schools.
Heck yeah

Allow for school vouchers in Washington D.C.
Absolutely

Encourage local governments to fund after school programs along with federal and state.
Don't really care

Intelligent design belongs in religion class, not science.
I'm skeptical of the average student's abilities in things they'll use in their day to day life like personal finance, mental math etc. I'd look at putting off things like evolution to courses in high school and spending more time on the "basics"

Provide school breakfasts for low income students.
I don't see why this can't be done with food stamps.
