Cheer up; at least he won't be enacting restrictive abortion laws or closing a bunch of abortion clinics. This is Maine, not Texas. He wouldn't have the power to do so (unless the Maine Dems are primarily pro-life), even if he wanted to.

I'd imagine his stance is closer to "safe, legal, and rare". I'm not complaining, this can sap disgruntled R voters from Paul.
