Isn't Arizona already like 4th? And the first state with double digit electoral votes?

Plus, if he gets this passed himself, and then aims to personally benefit from it, well, he just lost points in my book. Couldn't he get Napolitanoor somebody to do it for him?

Yeah, I agree with all that. It's just that they're OUR primaries, they shouldn't be manipulated by potential candidates.
