Ryan leads Walker 27-14 with Christie at 12. In a 2-way fight, Ryan leads Walker 47-38.

Dems:

Clinton 50%
Feingold 20%
Biden 11%
Warren 4%
Booker 3%
Cuomo 2%
Gillibrand, O'Malley, Warner 0%

On the GOP side, they poll various scenarios, depending on whether Ryan or Walker is in the race.  If both Ryan and Walker run:

Ryan 27%
Walker 14%
Christie 12%
Rubio 10%
Cruz 9%
Bush 8%
Paul 8%
Jindal 3%
Santorum 3%

If Walker doesn't run, but Ryan does:

Ryan 33%
Christie 14%
Bush 11%
Paul 11%
Cruz 10%
Rubio 9%
Santorum 6%
Jindal 3%

If Ryan doesn't run, but Walker does:

Walker 37%
Christie 13%
Bush 11%
Cruz 10%
Paul 10%
Rubio 9%
Santorum 4%
Jindal 2%

If it was just between Ryan and Walker:

Ryan 47%
Walker 38%

I'm surprised Ryan has this much backing him, especially after the non-stop attack ads from the right on the immigration issue.

Huh? His role has mostly flown under the radar, plus he has more than enough credit/goodwill to draw on if it comes up.

On the Democratic side, Clinton of course leads with every subgroup, though she "only" beats Feingold 40%-24% among Independents.

On the GOP side, in the scenario where everyone runs, Ryan leads among every subgroup, though Christie comes close among "moderates".  Among moderates, Ryan leads Christie 20%-18%.

Christie is at 18% among moderates and 8% among "very conservative".  Bush is 14% among moderates and only 4% among very conservative.  Cruz, Paul, Rubio, Ryan, and Santorum, OTOH, all do better with the very conservative than with moderates.

Oh yeah I know, he has good credibility and I like him (for the most part), but I live in his district. I heard constant ads like "Ryan wants to help illegal aliens and take away jobs" from conservative organizations on TV and Radio.
