Biden's 54/31% rating among Democratic primary voters is pretty poor for a sitting VP with presidential ambitions of his own, and no major scandals.  I'm telling you, even if he runs in a Clinton-less field, he'd be toast once people got to know the other Democratic candidates.

On the GOP side, who leads among….

Republicans: Christie/Paul tie
Independents: Paul
moderates: Christie
conservatives: Paul
support Tea Party: Paul
oppose Tea Party: Christie
neutral on Tea Party: Christie
under 50 years old: Paul
over 50 years old: Christie
men: Christie
women: Paul
no college degree: Paul
college graduate: Christie
never go to church: Paul
go to church at least occasionally: Christie
1st CD: Paul
2nd CD: Christie
