Bush tends to get more support from self-described "moderates", so if he's not included, then it'll inevitably help Christie, who relies heavily on the same group. PPP's polls always include both Bush and Christie, so Christie doesn't do as well there. (Also, Cruz and Paul seem to do better in PPP polls than in polls by other pollsters, but that's another topic.)
In any case, on this poll, who leads among....?

women: Christie
age 18-35: Paul
age 36-50: Christie
age 51-65: Christie
age 66+: Cruz
Republicans: Cruz
