Unlike Reagan, Nixon had redeemable qualities when it came to domestic policy. I'd easily take his universal healthcare proposal today, which is well to the left of Obamacare.

Nixon had a less awful domestic policy, though in fairness he probably didn't have actual political views, being a sociopath and all. Still a step above Ronnie.

Reagan (R), but Nixon was a pretty good president with the exception of Watergate.

Do we have to deal with this crap every time a thread with Nixon in its name is started?

Reagan's greatness is blown way out of proportion, but I'd still easily take him over Nixon.
