95-5 black voters. That is a shocking stat for the republican party to take in.

Let's see how Christie does. Cuccinelli was always going to go over like a lead ballon with blacks.

Nah that's pretty par for the course for the last 4 decades, give or take 5%

That's not quite true. Republicans never really did this poorly with blacks pre-Obama. When Bill Clinton beat Bob Dole in a blowout in '96, he only won the black vote 84%-12% for example.

47% McAuliffe
45% Cuccinelli

CNN Exit Poll

Wow, some excitement!

I can't stand McAuliffe and the Clintons so I can live with them getting some egg on their faces by nearly losing to this joker.

Of course, I hope Cuccinelli doesn't actually win. He is a horror.

Part of me always thought he'd figure out a way to lose. He always seems to.

If the exit poll holds up (big if) Christie's margin of victory is going to be smaller than basically any of the public polls showed.

Wow! If the NY Times Exit Poll holds up, de Blasio will not just crack 70% but smash it:

He probably will win Staten Island with those kinds of numbers.

de Blasio projected winner of the New York City mayoral race. No surprise here.

His margin (according to the exit poll) is actually pretty surprising though. Freakin' monstrous. Damn.

Lhota's lead on the Island is crashing. Down to 5% now, de Blasio may have a shot.

Hey, we agree on something.
