13-23 Depending on the size, type, and extras. (Then add in the coke/beer, appetizers and such)

At a chain, maybe $ 16 on average depending on the cut or place. For some of the locally owned restaurants, maybe $ 30 also depending on cut or place.

Depending on qualiy, slighly below 100 SEK, I guess (with the SEK currently at 7 for a dollar, roughly, that would be about 15 dollars then)

At a reasonably good place, $12 Australian, so $8 US? At sh**t places about $8, so about $6 US; and at expensive ones up to about $25, so about $18 US.

They practically give chicken away here. Hell, we even have chickens running around free throughout my town. Tongue

Generally about 30$. It really, really depends on where you go, though. If you're lucky, 20$. If you're into fine dining, 50-60$.

I know someone who has a small farm. They let them to continue breeding and eventually had almost over 200 birds. They become a huge nuisance if you don't keep up with their eggs. Smiley

$10 for a crappy meal. $12 could get you a pretty good steak here if you know where to go. WE still have the over priced stuff though, running you around $15-20

I'd say between 18 and 20 dollars at a friday's type restaurant, and a little more if you want to go to a more upscale, non-chain restaurant.

Or you could buy some kind of nasty processed steak conglomeration at a McDonalds or Burger King, but I don't recommend that.

In the Metro Detroit area of Michigan, a 12 oz T-bone steak with a baked potato, vegetable, and a salad would cost about $20 in the average steak restaurant. Drinks, deserts and appetizers would be extra.
^^^ where at? Chili's? TGI friday's?
In Texas it's a lil cheaper!
There are two nice steak places nearby; Nick's 22nd Street Steak House and The Packard Grille. Neither is a real fancy place but both are very nice and the food is excellent. ( A fancy place to me would be one with white table cloth and waiter's in Tux's. Too fancy for my blood. I prefer to wear jeans.)

Holy crap David S.  I live right by you.  I passed the 22nd Steak House on my way to guitar lessons today at the music box.
