Remember Star Wars Episode Six: Return of the Jedi? For two movies now, Darth Vader has been the big bad guy. Sure there was some hint of an even bigger baddie with the hologram from the Emperor half-way through episode 5, but mostly we'd only known Darth Vader. And then Luke gets taken aboard the second Death Star at the end of the film, and we realize that all along, this very personification of darkness, Darth Vader, completely pales in comparison to the one-dimensional embodiment of cruelty and evil that was Emperor Palpatine, who is the one who is actually pulling the strings. In fact, Darth Vader is sort of a pathetic character by the end, just as much a pawn of the all-controlling Emperor as anyone else. The Emperor is the one that our heroes really need to defeat; Darth Vader was, all along, just a distraction.

I am going to step in here and defend Torie.  The closure of the Update and the continued closure of the Update is purely MY decision and MY decision alone.  No moderator influenced my decision.  Torie wants the best for me.  Therefore He is urging me to keep it under lock and key.  I agree with Torie.  I am trying to move my life into a more responsible phase which is the cause for the Kenya withdrawal.  I have to focus on what's best for me, not what the Update viewers want.  I refuse to detract from the main purpose of the forum any longer and that is election and politics.  I thank my Update readers, but it's time for you guys to find another hobby.  It had long ceased to be fun.  The Update will NEVER be reopened.  I have NO desire to reopen the sick thread.  Torie is actually the good guy here, not the bad guy.

This will be my FINAL post in regards to the Update.  Period.  End of story.  I am not leaving the forum, I'm just leaving the Update.

Someone can.  Someone could also worry about that outside party's reaction due to the outside party's dictionary.com postings on the outside party's feelings.  Someone probably feels threatened by that outside party.  Some others aren't interested in outside opinions.

The only other mod who's been on recently was afleitch, at 5:18.  So if it was after 5:18, it could've been him, but I don't see why he wouldn't have reported it.  As for your points, you got 1 point at 4:00ish on November 6 and 1 point somewhere around October 13.  The next one back was April 15.  Sorry, but I don't believe you that you have 11.  I just went through the whole posting moderation history through April 15.
