They don't list the #s for Biden, Warren, and O'Malley, but the article says that they're all behind Cuomo.

If the 2016 Democratic presidential primary in New York State were held today whom would you support if the candidates are:

Andrew Cuomo 14%

Undecided 5%

WSJ/NBC 4 NY/Marist Poll NYS Registered Democrats: Interviews conducted November 18th through November 20th, 2013, n=294 MOE +/- 5.7 percentage points. Totals may not add to 100% due to rounding.

6% in an n=294 could be 16 or 17 people.  11 you would say bad numbers.  means nothing.
