The bottom line is no one knows for sure who won Florida in 2000.  I want to believe that Bush did and point to studies that show that, while Democrats want to point to studies claiming Gore did.  But, when it is that close, no one knows for sure (even with a full manual recount, as humans could make slight errors).

No dude, the OP knows. Wink

Electoral Fraud was amuck, from what I know of 2000. First it was them calling it for Gore before the polls closed, then it was the very confusing butterfly ballot, and then taking a state decision to recount the vote up to the supreme court was the supreme injustice. No Senators would even sign the black caucus' petition to look for fraud that was in place. I think that Gore did win the election, I think that there was extreme fraud happening, but right now I think the best thing to do is to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Or we get rid of the electoral college...

The Bushes (George W, Jeb and Diebold) stole the election, and anybody with a lick of sense knows this. Whenever there is an election close enough to steal without causing outright revolution and Republicans have authority in the jurisdiction, Republican-heavy Diebold will manipulate the machines to state the result they desire and the Secretary of State/Boards of Elections will likewise do the same. Since 2000, the Republicans have grown even ballsier from their victory in stealing a presidential election, as they now proactively engage in and blatantly brag outright about taking voters out of the equation through their f[inks]ed policies.

GWB didn't win the popular vote. He didn't win the Electoral College. He didn't win Florida.
