Foreigner and potential infiltrator hilfy15 is forever banned from speaking about gay rights in the US.

hilfy should be banned from the forum eternally for trying to frame me.

Well, the courts could weigh in as well in the meantime:

Will be interesting to see what the Court rules. I see 2 scenarios:

* The Dutch SSM will be recognized by Austria and therefore all other foreign SSM as well, but that LGBT Austrians are still unable to marry.

* The Dutch SSM (and all other foreign ones) will be recognized by Austria and because of this the court rules that Austrian LGBTs can now marry as well.

With Gustaf's permission, I am bumping this thread since we only have 1 year left until 2020!

Let's also be proud of the progress we've made since I made this thread in 2013.

Let's see, out of the countries presented here, it seems like Ireland, Australia, Argentina, Finland and Germany have since legalised same-sex marriage. Taiwan was set to, but voters rejected it in a referendum. Not as good as I was expecting, honestly. Baby steps...

Argentina legalised gay marriage 3 and a half years before this poll was made

Argentina isn't in this poll.
