You forgot Austria in this one.

Of course it's not likely in the next 5 years, because the ÖVP is in the government (unless they "evolve more" on the issue).

But in the 2018 election, who knows, maybe a center-left SPÖ-Greens-NEOS government could be formed, to avoid any government participation of a strengthened FPÖ ...

All 3 parties are in favour of full marriage rights for LGBTs.

Will be interesting to see what the Court rules. I see 2 scenarios:

* The Dutch SSM will be recognized by Austria and therefore all other foreign SSM as well, but that LGBT Austrians are still unable to marry.

* The Dutch SSM (and all other foreign ones) will be recognized by Austria and because of this the court rules that Austrian LGBTs can now marry as well.
