You've already made that decision? Weird, since the nominees haven't even been chosen.

I live in a solid state, in a solid county, in a solid CD, in a solid town, in solid State Assembly, Senate districts.

Both Boxer and Feinstein win by +20 margins as would Schwarzenneger.

No need to vote.

Absolutely!  I've voted in every Presidential election since '84.

I've been able to celebrate victory in '84, '88, 2000, '04.

I was bummed out in '92, and didn't really care in '96.

NLM,

As a Marxist, it is your duty to vote--once, then deny that right to everyone else.

Michael Z,

Don't let the non-citizen factor stop you.  You can fly into Wisconsin on the day of the election and same day register.  They are very sloppy with checking IDs--not that I'm encouraging you to break the law.

Depends.  If we have a pro-life nominee, yes.  If not, no.

For someone, be it Constitutional, Republican, or Libertarian if Ron Paul runs.

Yeah, I guess nominating someone who's done nothing for four years, or someone who's is Party Chairman is a great strategy. Screw running someone with a chance at winning.

1) Dean cannot run for president. He must finish his DNC term

2) Please let more people like you take control of your party.

Surely you wouldn't give up on voting just because of one issue. I'm pro-life as well, but just because a Pro-Choice democrat was nominated, or a pro-choice republican... even if both were pro-choice i'd still vote. I wouldn't even think twice.

Despite having voted in every other election that I've been able to, 2008 will possibly be the first presidential election where I will actually vote.

People assume WAY too much about others around here.

I didn't assume anything and I didn't say anything about conservatism. I was talking about people with your attitude. You seem to be reading this sh**t off the DU notes of the month.

Please spread this to all your friends that are Democrats! If all of you thought like that in this state California would be a Republican state again! Tongue

For local and tate officials, yes, but President is too important to have a pro-abort.  I simply couldn't do it...at least not now as I look forward.   The only one I'm not sure about is rice, as she is more moderate on abortion than some dems, but her stance still bothers me.

But if it were say, Rudy vs. Hillary, I would not vote.
