Somewhat OT: Is Norway more likely to join the EU and Euro-Zone under a Socialist/Social Dem govt?

Not especially. Public opinion has been moving away from the pro side recently.

Hard to tell. As Al says, as long as the public opposes they won't risk another referendum. The two major parties are in favour of the EU but basically all the others are at least very sceptical. Because of this any government will struggle with the issue.
