2012:

Senate: 3.5%
House: 3.6%
Combined: 3.55%

2010:

Senate: 5.9%
House: 3.4%
Combined: 4.65%

2008:

Senate: 3.4%
House: 4.2%
Combined: 3.8%

Options may be too specific, but I'm going to go with option 7, specifically due to Pressler, Orman.

2012:

Lol, how much of that was just Crist in Florida single-handedly bringing up the total in 2010? So yeah ~5% should be right.

Without Crist, the Senate third party percentage would be 3.5%, down from 5.9%.
