A strong Universal Healthcare and Negative Income Tax are the best mechanisms for promoting a new form to promote a transition for a new capitalistic society. Job should be an option; people can decide if they want to buy something or not, why can't they choose if they want to work or not? Most people will want to work for a thousand of reasons but they should have the right for choosing not do so.

Don't really like Workfare Programs and Full Employment Policies.maybe that is the matter that I'm more radical...

No, but everyone should be guaranteed a decent standard of living regardless of whether they have a job or not.
