The Atlas Forum has been around for more than a decade, and our very own homebrewed political simulation, Atlasia, is nearing that decade mark.  As such, I would like to propose an Atlasian meetup sometime this year.  Given that I'm willing to organize things, and I live near DC, and we are a political forum, I'd propose having it somewhere around here, but NYC is also an option if people insist.  Would anyone be interested?  I will *hughughug* (as all Atlasians who have met me can attest)!

Have it in Pittsburgh and I'll come. Otherwise, I don't have the time or money to travel right now.

We have a good chunk around the D.C. area - I would encourage you all to plan something.

I suppose I could meet up with Zioneer when I'm home, but there's not really anyone active anywhere close to me at school, otherwise I'd be game.

Then again, I lay claim to one of the most historic Atlas meetups ever...

I want to meet with others from the Altas forums, I don't know if I can make it. When would it be?

Xahar and I have never met despite us living so close. We're both adults who can drive. That should happen sometime.

Let's hold an Australian-European Atlas meetup somewhere in the middle….like Afghanistan.

Or how about North Korea? It's a central country in between Germany, Aussie, and the US. Besides,

Personally, when I visit a city where I know one of you, I just like to give members a heads up and see if they want to meet up for a beverage and some food, rather than some mass get together.

That reminds me, I think I'm going to Columbus in August, so I need to pm a friend from here if I do.  Smiley

You couldn't have done this a year ago when I was in DC?

I'd love to, but unfortunately I doubt I'll have the time or the money.

I'd be open to the possibility, but that not only involves money, which isn't exactly being thrown at me, but time as well, which is scarce for me right now as well.

Not this year, but assuming I have the money in 2015 or 2016, it is possible.

Sometime this summer.  Maybe around the Fourth of July for extra 'MURRIKA.  But I'd be open to suggestions.

Actually, I'll be in Europe for Spring Break, so depending on timing and location (Sweden/Finland/Estonia is kind of the plan right now???) I'd be up for doing something in Europe, too.  I just probably couldn't organize it!

I could see doing it for the Carolinas or Georgia, but DC is a little too far for something I'd only be interested in doing as a day-trip.

I could do it for NYC/DC, or, of course, Philly.
