What is your ideology?

Your Result: Free-Spirited Liberal(83%)

You believe in liberal left-wing principles, but you view political correctness as a social straitjacket. Also, you are neither closed-minded to nor resentful of others opinions.

New ISidewith test. I'm apparently a Trump Democrat or on the Tulsitrain, but support left-wing parties in Europe, except for Italy where the right-wing parties do very well.

Surprised I'm only -2.67 on the social scale. But then again this site gives scenarios instead of principles.

Political Quiz Inventory
10/2019

Summary: The running list of political quizzes has not been updated since 2010. Most of the links are dead.

Never has an update been more necessary. Thirteen years ago, online political quizzes were mostly a tool for evangelizing libertarians. In today's post-modern political environment of the extremely online, they have become a necessity for the isolated young person obsessed with crafting a distinctive identity that will henceforth determine all of their moral priorities.

This isn't meant to be comprehensive. I'm deliberately leaving out dodgy sites, anything that requires an e-mail or registration, and the most poorly-written quizzes (excepting some classics). I reviewed everything in this thread from the election of Donald Trump onward, in addition to the first couple of pages.

I decided to take the left values quiz again, since my previous results were apparently from an obsolete version of the quiz:

Apparently I'm a Democratic Socialist

I'm surprised I didn't get Social Democrat, considering that minor little detail about me not actually being a socialist. Tongue

Sounds about right, but in that time perspective, i could easily have been a Bolshevik or at least be part of the revolution, i think so. Of course, with hindsight you know much, much, much better.
