Nominees in the last century to win all three states are:

Hoover 1928
FDR four times
Eisenhower 1952, 1956
LBJ 1964
Nixon 1972
Reagan 1980, 1984
Obama 2008, 2012

Wilson did in 1912 if you consider "last century" to consist only of the Twentieth Century.
