I lean towards supproting this Amendment to the Constitution, partly because it is in the interest of the IDS for one thing with its no district system to avoid state changes frequently, which could be used to alter the dynamics of such a vote.

I do have a small issue with this, I must say. While I understand the view of our individual states being important, I believe we should also consider recent efforts to keep the states with at least one resident. I'm not sure if this should count as a truly legitimate concern, but if we restrict changing states inside a region too much then we also lose the ability to move and repopulate states if the residents are deregistered.
