There's a table at the bottom of the Wikipedia page. Just sort it by area.

No, those data refer to the penultimate census.

(But if it's not NV-1, then - judging by eye - I'd say it's still NY-15.)

Try this page census site. Go under the "Congressional Districts by Urban/Rural Population and Land Area" tab and it gives you total areas. You have to go state-by-state though.

NY-15, with an area of 14.54 mi², remains the smallest congressional district.

NV-1 has an area of 104.50 mi².

NY-10 is 14.25 mi²
NY-13 is only 10.25 mi², and it's the smallest according to the Census link.
