Third poll in a roll that shows Perdue on top.

We're less than 7 weeks out from the primary. I put less stock in this one than the last one and would be inclined to say it's junk, but it's part of a trend. IA was also pushing Romney with a damn near 20-point lead in an October 2012 poll, and gave Gingrich a monstrous lead (lifelong buddies with Towrey).

Georgians aren't used to primaries being this early; they're dumber than a bag of rocks right now on all of this. It looks like the establishment's trick - making sure more moderates vote in the primary by ensuring that the primary is held while kids are still in school and people aren't on vacation - is going to work.

Hopefully Broun pulls through, the Democrats really need to pick up this seat if they want to keep the Senate with the big 4 (Montana, South Dakota, Arkansas?, West Virginia?) likely GOP Pickups, and the vulnerable 3 (Begich?, Landrieu, Hagan) in uncomfortable waters, the Democrats need to pick up both this and Kentucky to stop the GOP momentum.

Democrats don't necessarily need this and KY to keep the majority, though picking up either or both would virtually guarantee a Democratic majority.
