Eek, that sucks. But the SJW's I've mostly come in contact with tend to be at least nominally socialists (the leader of the #CancelColbert thing seems to be one for instance).

BRTD, there's an entire Catholic subculture on tumblr, ranging from mainstream practicing Catholics to mainstream secular cultural Catholics (yes, I know; please just accept it and move on just this once) to really strident and unlikable Traditionalist Catholics to really strident and unlikable proponents of major doctrinal reform. (There are some humble and likable people in these last two groups too but not as many.)

For a 4 day a week show, Colbert stays pretty fresh with his comedy.  He's a terrible interviewer, but otherwise the show is solid.
