I really hope the Republican Party isn't stupid enough to nominate someone like Huckabee, who would lose in a landslide against Hillary Clinton.

Starting to see something of a trend in the crosstabs of these state polls.  Looks like Bush tends to do better with moderates / somewhat conservative (but not very conservative) voters in the South, while Christie does better with those voters in the North.

Also, nearly every poll (including this one) has Huckabee doing better with women than men.  That trend extends back to 2008.  He's always done better with women than men in Republican primary contests.  (Though obviously that doesn't extend to general election matchups.)  Which is kind of ironic, given the outcry over the "libido" comments.
